Summary of my weight loss:
Loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches in 10 MONTHS with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal!
Loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

UPON WAKING UP

- 1/3 plate of sayur campur
- 3/4 pc of ayam kicap (kongsi dgn mum)
- 2 scp of peparu goreng
- 1 scp of sayur lemak tempoyak

1/4 tspn of Teamix + 1/2 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 1 dash of Cinnamon Powder + 300 ml warm water

SNACK: AT HOME

- 1 small bowl of pulut durian

DINNER: AT HOME
@ 6.09 pm
- 1/3 + 1/3 of baked macaroni
- 1 small bowl of pulut durian
1/4 tspn of Teamix + 1/2 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 1 dash of Cinnamon Powder + 300 ml warm water

workout: Grocery Shopping for 1 hour (130 calories burned), Washing laundry by hand + hang wet laundry on clothes-line for 1 hour (100 to 140 calories burned), Preparing food + cooking + cleaning up for 1 hour (142 calories burned)
